Philip E. Rudolph is the general manager of Watson Management Inc. Watson Management is a medium sized Rent-to-Own company located in middle Tennessee. Philip oversees a select network of dealers and builders in 7 states. Presently in the states of Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Florida. Watson Management has been in the portable building rental business since the mid-1990’s. Philip and most of the customer service staff at Watson Management have been involved in portable building construction, delivery and sales for a combined span of 45 years and counting.

Kent is the founder of Lapp Global, a family of brands including Woodtex, Riverwood Cabins, Hometowne Capital, and Wine Trail Properties. He is a Board Member of Choice Books LLC as well as an Advisory Board Member of KORE Foundation and NBSRA. An Entrepreneur at heart he also hosts The Kent Lapp Podcast and writes at www.kentlapp.com. Kent resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and four children, and are grateful members of the Immanuel Nashville congregation.

Matthew Weaver comes from a family very involved in the Rent-to-Own industry. He has over 9 years of experience managing portable building Rent-to-Own companies working with independent builders & retailers in numerous states.

Before marrying Paige, his sweetheart of many years, Matthew had the opportunity to do extensive international travel doing photography and ministry with numerous non-profits and mission organizations. He still enjoys photography, especially of his three beautiful daughters.

Matthew believes that his love for Jesus Christ should be evidenced by excellence in every area of his life, especially by providing the best service possible and treating with dignity each person touched through his businesses.

Mike Stoltzfus is a CPA and serves as the CEO of Esh Computer Center Inc (dba Eagle Business Software), as well as a partner at SmartPay Rentals, LLC, a family-owned RTO provider and a co-founder and partner at Sauder & Stoltzfus, LLC, a CPA firm for entrepreneurs. He serves as a board member of Harvest USA in addition to NBSRA. He lives in Ephrata, PA with his wife, Erin, and their two young boys. They are members of All Saints Church. He studied theology and literature at New Saint Andrews College, graduating with a master’s degree in 2016. In addition to business, Mike enjoys reading theology, history, economics, spy novels and anything by C.S. Lewis.

Jonathan Ulrich

Jonathan Ulrich resides in Cleburne, TX and has over 15 years experience in a second generation company. Jonathan is the CEO/President/Owner of Ulrich Capital Group, LLC. Ulrich Capital Group owns multiple storage shed and log cabin manufacturing companies and a few RTO portfolio companies including Ulrich Barn Rentals, LLC dba Backyard Leasing. Jonathan built his first shed at age 8 and has worked through all positions in the company, giving him an invaluable experience. After dropping out of high school he has worked full time in the business and started in sales where he sold 523 sheds his first year.

Prior to serving as CEO/President he served as Vice President for over 6 years. Jonathan has recruited a management team that combined have 160 years experience in the backyard products industry. Jonathan was born as a missionary kid while his parents served in Costa Rica and later met the love of his life Raquel to whom he is now married and together have 4 children. Jonathan is fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch and has extensively traveled Central and South America as well as parts of Asia and Africa. His hobbies are flying and of course spending time with his beautiful wife and kids!

Jonathan is passionate about Servant-Leadership and growing the industry with timeless leadership principles combined with industry leading technology and best in class processes and people. His life was greatly influenced by Zig Ziglar at a young age and adopted the mantra, “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. Jonathan is known for being tenacious and passionate.

Leland Ulrich

Leland Ulrich is CEO/President of AFG Capital Group LLC, which owns multiple rent to own companies. He is a founding member of NBSRA and served as the very first chairman for the association and continues to serve currently as Executive Director. He has started multiple companies, grown them and turned over leadership to others who were mentored and trained by him. He is a visionary that insists on Business for Kingdom Building principles. The discipline of Strategic Planning has been a key tool in successfully building collaborative teams that share the vision and culture of workplace ministry. He also serves on several non-profit boards.

Leland and his wife Rachel reside in Texas with their children. In addition to his love of being a dad, his hobbies include fishing and Texas BBQ.
